GATE 2024 Eligibility Criteria for International Students
International students from countries like Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Ethiopia, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) are eligible to appear for GATE 2024. These students must have either completed their bachelor’s degree in engineering and technology or be in the final year or pre-final year of their studies.
GATE 2024 Exam Pattern
The GATE 2024 exam will be conducted as a fully Computer Based Test (CBT) with a total of 29 subject papers. The exam pattern will consist of objective-type questions, including Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs), Multiple Select Questions (MSQs), and Numerical Answer Type (NAT) questions. Candidates have the option to choose and appear in one or a maximum of two subject papers from the provided combinations. The final allotment of two papers will depend on availability. There is no age limit for appearing in the GATE 2024 examination.
